At @Wild Safaris, we want booking your safari to be simple and clear. This Refund Policy explains our deposit, cancellation, and refund terms.

1. Booking and Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your safari booking.

The remaining 50% is payable on the day of the safari or as otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation by Guest

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Refunds of the deposit will be handled as follows:

More than 7 days before the safari: Deposit is refundable.

Within 7 days of the safari: No refund of the deposit.


The remaining balance is only due if the safari proceeds.

We are not responsible for any bank or transfer fees incurred during refunds.

3. Cancellation by @Wild Safaris

If we cancel a safari due to safety, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund of all payments made.

We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by the guest, such as travel, accommodation, or bank fees.

4. Modifications

Requests to change safari dates are subject to availability.

Changes may require adjustment of the remaining balance or affect refund eligibility of the deposit.
